How ordering works

We’ve set up this page as a single place to order Olympus-approved scrubs.

Choose your category, select your size, and submit your order. If you’re unsure about fit or between sizes, contact us - we’ll help you choose the best option.

Orders are processed and invoiced directly to Olympus Canada. Please do not check out online if you require consolidated billing. Email us or use the order request form provided below.

Olympus logo branding

All approved Olympus scrub tops are branded with the Olympus logo as a heat-applied transfer. Logo placement and sizing follow Olympus program standards.

Approved colour: Navy (Indigo)

This program is restricted to ordering Navy scrubs only to align with Olympus uniform standards (manufacturer shade may appear as ‘Indigo’ or ‘Navy’ depending on brand). Only approved Navy styles will be available for purchase under this program. Please see below for pre-approved style options.

Fit & sizing support

To make ordering easier (especially for first-time orders), we can help with:

  • Choosing the best size
  • Selecting inseam options where available

If you’re uncertain, reach out before ordering as branded items are final sale and may not be returnable.

Exchanges & returns

  • Unbranded items: standard return/exchange support applies (subject to condition and timelines).
  • Branded items: may be final sale once logo application is completed. If changes are needed, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to help before production starts.
