Shipping & Delivery

The Uniform Store ships from our Canadian warehouse in Barrie, Ontario. We work hard to process orders promptly and deliver them as efficiently as possible. Please review the details below to understand how shipping, delivery, and order handling works.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Tuesday through Friday (excluding select holidays). Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. In stock items ship in 3-5 business days (Tuesday - Friday). Delivery timing for out-of-stock and special order items are subject to manufacture's inventory levels and product availability. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Free Shipping Eligibility (Canada Only)

Free shipping is available on Canadian domestic orders over $100 before tax.

If an order is partially cancelled or returned and the value of the items you keep falls below $100, our standard $15 flat-rate shipping fee will apply and may be charged or deducted from your refund. This ensures consistent application of our free-shipping program.

Free shipping does not apply to U.S. or international orders.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Shipping times begin once the order has been processed and shipped. Transit time varies by carrier and destination.

All shipments are sent without a signature requirement. Couriers may leave parcels in a safe location at their discretion.

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

Once a package has left our warehouse and is in the possession of the courier, The Uniform Store is not responsible for shipment delays, delivery issues, or lost packages.

If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but cannot be located at the shipping address, we are unable to replace or refund the order. Please contact the courier directly to initiate a trace or investigation.

Carrier-Specific Notes

UPS Deliveries

  • UPS may attempt delivery up to three times.
  • After unsuccessful attempts, the parcel may be held at a nearby UPS facility.
  • A notice card may be left with pickup details; if not, please check the UPS tracking page or contact UPS directly.
  • UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes -please provide a residential or business address.

If UPS returns a package to us, please contact sales@theuniformstore.ca for assistance.

Duties & Import Fees

Shipments to the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are collected by the carrier or government and are the responsibility of the receiver. The Uniform Store does not control or determine these fees and cannot refund them. The Uniform Store does not have control over these fees and cannot estimate or confirm the costs since customs policies, and import duties vary from country to country. We recommend contacting the local customs office for information on fees before placing your order to avoid unforeseen charges.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that a correct and complete shipping address is entered at checkout.

  • If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at sales@theuniformstore.ca.
  • We cannot guarantee address changes once processing has begun.
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address and you would like it reshipped, additional shipping fees may apply.

Order Cancellation or Modification

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed once the order enters processing.

If a cancellation reduces your order total below the free-shipping threshold, the $15 shipping fee will apply.

Account & Order History

Orders placed as a guest will not appear in a newly created account. Order history can only be viewed for purchases made while logged into a The Uniform Store account.
