SHIPPING POLICY

We ship across Canada and internationally.

Processing Time: In stock items ship in 3-5 business days (Tuesday - Friday). Delivery timing for out-of-stock and special order items are subject to manufacture's inventory levels and product availability. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on Canadian orders over $100 (before tax). If part of your order is cancelled or returned and the value of the items you keep falls below $100, a $15 flat-rate shipping fee will be applied or deducted from your refund.

U.S. Orders: Shipping is available; duties and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the receiver.

Delivery Issues: Once a package is marked delivered by the courier, The Uniform Store is not responsible for lost or misdelivered shipments.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase or shipment.

Return Requirements:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Free of hair, deodorant marks, stains, or damage
• Clean and in original packaging
• All tags attached

Items that do not meet these criteria will be rejected and returned to you.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Embroidered or personalized items
• Final sale, last-chance, discontinued, or limited-edition items
• Gift cards
• Georgian College uniform packages
• Items outside the 30-day window

Exchanges: Free size/colour/style exchanges within Canada, including a free return label.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once items are inspected. Shipping fees are not refundable. If your return reduces your kept items below the $100 free-shipping threshold, the $15 shipping fee will apply.
